What You’ll Do Daily
The IT Associate role revolves around first-line IT support, troubleshooting, and assisting staff with both hardware and software needs. This involves working directly and remotely with users from different offices on daily challenges, resolving issues, and setting up new devices efficiently.
You’ll handle everything from onboarding new team members, setting up and maintaining laptops, printers, and other office equipment, to configuring digital collaboration tools.
