About the Role: Day-to-Day Activities

You will handle sensitive cases that may include fraud, corruption, sexual exploitation or abuse, and workplace harassment, analysing evidence and conducting interviews while maintaining survivor-centered and impartial approaches.
Collaboration with both internal departments and the wider humanitarian network is expected, ensuring effective and timely resolution while respecting data protection and cultural considerations.
Reporting includes preparing well-reasoned, fact-based documents that support leadership decisions and manage systemic risks or control weaknesses through capacity-building among field staff.
